
I had made too much rice when i did the rice on thursday, but this actually worked out because i was able to use a lot of the extra ingredients i had to make fried rice.

I just chopped up ginger, garlic, scotch bonnet peppers, green onions, brocolli, bok choy and carrots. I sauteed them in the usual order, then added the rice and soy sauce. Once that was incorporated i cracked two eggs and scrambled them in the centre of the wok.

Fried Rice - so easy!
