Lazy soba noodle dinner

To be honest, this meal got lost somewhere in the computer transfer - i can't really remember making it, but judging by the tomatoes, it must have been a while ago because i'm pretty sure they are from a farmer's market. Well it was labeled peanut soba noodles... so i'm guessing that's what it is.

Judging from the pics i used zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms, onions garlic for the veggies. I probably just sauteed them and made my blender lime peanut sauce. (partially i'm guessing this as i saw a lime in the last picture)

Pho Dinner

I used to live in a Vietnamese area of Toronto, but luckily for me there is one Vietnamese restaurant in my neighbourhood - Pho Hung.

Cod from Curry Twist

I am actually up at the cottage right now, so hopefully i've finally got this scheduled blog entries things figured out you will be basking in one of my lazy meals from my favorite - Curry Twist.

The owner who is a really sweet guy will sometimes make me something special - i always feel embarassed to ask, so i don't do it everytime, but this time i asked and he had some cod. I like cod a lot and hadn't had any in a while so i was game. He also makes it a little extra spicy for me.

Dinner:
Two nan, Goan Fish and a baco noir.
